最近、書くことがあまり無くて。。。
まぁ〜、日記程度に書いているから無いなら無いで別にどうでも良いんですが。。。
くだらない事をダラダラブログとして書いていても意味は無いし。。。

Finally!!
とうとう買ってしまいました。
今まで使っていたiPhone7プラスもそろそろ変えごろかしら〜って思って。
夫くんのを交換するのと会社の出向者用、新規採用者用にも購入しないといけなかったのでついでに買っちゃいました。
ちょっと勝手が今までと違って戸惑っています…汗
やっぱり歳ですかね。新しいテクノロジーについて行けない⁈⁈

깻잎 김치（ゴマの葉のキムチ）
久しぶりに新鮮なゴマの葉がたくさんマートに出ていたので大好きなゴマの葉のキムチを漬けようと60枚ほど買って来ました。
材料
① 糊: いりこ、乾燥昆布、餅粉、水
② 塩漬: イワシのエキス
③ キムチの素: ニンニク、生姜、玉ねぎ、 ナシ、唐辛子（粉末）
作り方
① いりこと乾燥昆布で出汁を作ってしっかりと冷ます。
② ①に餅粉を溶いて火にかける。糊はゆるーく作ってしっかりと冷ます。水よりちょっとトロみがあるかなー程度を目処に。しっかりと冷ましておかないと野菜が発酵する前に腐ってしまうので要注意。
③ キレイに水洗いして水分を丁寧に取ったゴマの葉をイワシのエキスを入れたボールにゴマの葉の外側を湿らせながら両面まで全面をしっかり湿らせて5分程度放置しておく。
④ ニンニク、生姜、玉ねぎ、梨、をミキサーに入れてキレイにスープ状に。
⑤ 新しいボールに③を丁寧に絞って出てきたイワシのエキスを溜める。
⑥ 絞ったゴマの葉はキレイに広げておく。
⑦ ⑤に②、④を入れて、唐辛子を入れてよく混ぜる（アテシは万能ネギのみじん切りも入れました）
⑧ ⑥を2枚ずつ取って⑦を丁寧に伸ばしつけて、重ねていく。全部終わるまで繰り返し〜
完成はこんな感じ〜。
一晩ほど室温に放置してから冷蔵庫に数日保管すれば食べれます〜。

I haven't been blogging for a while. It's really been mental at work for the past few weeks. At least, I feel like I can finally breathe.
This Saturday was the home game opener for our football (soccer) team, Impact Montreal. We went out to watch the game as we do every year. This year we had great seats and shared them with our besties and made the day of it.
We were on the field right next to the goalpost!!
We saw this goal right in front of our eyes. If you watch closely, you can actually see us there lmao.
After the game, some of us went to dinner and .... where else?! Stock Bar!!!
I don't think we had that much fun in a while. Thanks to all our mates for coming out with us!!!

Yes I am back
The vacation has been over for a few days now. Still reminiscing the warm sandy beach and bright blue sky of Jamaica, I catch meself procrastinating things I’m supposed to be doing at work. At home, I’m just as lazy as an old dog...
